Joehn Luka is an apostle who owns a miniature bajaj in Mangga Dua. Being familiar of the tricky roads to the Sindar Ruins, he joins the team as their navigator. Once the hunt is over, he returns to Mangga Dua.
The Apostle, as he calls himself, joins the GYM Army when they need a treasure hunter. During the war, he often gives sermons and advices to the army. Once the war is over, he goes for a journey to locate more of Sindar treasures after successfully gathers his own convocation in Mangga Dua.
Joehn Luka bears the Chikatsu Star (地闊) which belong to Ōu Péng (欧鹏). In genso Suikoden, Lorelai, Duke and Frederica bears the same star.
