Tumang is a Kobold easily recognized with his half-dog half-human appearance. He is a martial artist from the Barazoku (Rose Tribe) who went for a journey north towards the Queen Crater at Mount Tangkuban Perahu to search for the Charm Rune.
Before his journey, he has met Jeane who introduces him the Charm Rune. After she leaves Rose Village, Tumang goes to find a Charm Rune for himself. He heads north to Mount Tangkuban Perahu.
He joins the war as Chisou Star 地壯 also known as the Strong Star 地壯星. He takes over Sarah, Ayda, Anne, Pam and Urda from gensoSuikoden and Savina from Tierkreis. The original Shui Hu Zhuan 水滸傳, this star belongs to Sun Erniang, nicknamed Female Yaksha 母夜叉. This star is numbered 103rd.
After the war, he heads back to Rose Village, parting goodbye before settling in Queen Carter of Mount Tangkuban Perahu. Soon after, he marries Sangkuriang.
