Rusli is the third characters developed for たけくらべ. He wears a yellow and black polka dotted shirt, a black and yellow underwear, a beret cap and a pair of Louis Vuitton high heels of Yayoi Kusama edition. He fights with a pair of batons which are expandable into enggrang.

He bears the Chichin Star ( 地鎮 ) also known as the Suppressing Star or the Guardian Star. It was of Mù Chūn (穆春) in original version before placed onto Vincent de Boule, Augustine Nabor, Charlemagne and Josephine in Konami's five installments of genso Suikoden. In Tierkreis the star belongs to Nofret.
